Senior associate role within a national litigation team focused on insurance defence and commercial litigation. You will handle litigation files from intake through trial and appeal, including pleadings, discovery, mediations, motions and trials.

Work will span professional indemnity, specialty insurance lines and a range of civil liability matters (construction, municipal and occupier liability, product and property claims, cyber and regulatory matters). The position offers hybrid working, structured mentorship, career development and opportunities for cross‑office and international secondments.

Licensed to practise in Ontario; in good standing with the Ontario bar
Approximately 5 years post‑qualification civil litigation and insurance/coverage experience
Demonstrable trial and advocacy experience, including examinations for discovery and motion work
Strong legal writing, judgment, analytical skills and client communication
Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively within a team
