Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy trial and defense team in Miami. The role involves defending a broad range of civil matters, including general liability, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, construction, automotive accidents, property damage and high-exposure product liability claims.

Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, and active participation in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials. The role offers hands-on case work, regular client contact and opportunities for mentorship and professional development within an established national/international practice.

Admitted to practice in Florida
Approximately 3 years of civil litigation experience (trial/defense focus)
