The role focuses on representing landlords and stakeholders in contested unlawful detainer matters, working on complex, high-volume litigation under the supervision of experienced trial counsel.

Ideal candidates have courtroom exposure and a minimum of 2 years' experience handling unlawful detainer matters, strong litigation writing and advocacy skills, good legal research ability, and the capacity to manage assignments with limited supervision. Licensed to practice law in California and residing in California
Minimum ~2 years' experience specializing in unlawful detainer or related landlord/tenant litigation
Strong litigation writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Self-starter, team-oriented, able to manage assignments with minimal supervision
