Associate — Venture Capital & Tech M&A, Sydney

Join a global corporate transactions team focused on venture capital, technology-sector M&A and fundraising. The team advises high-growth companies, venture funds and corporate investors on investments, exits and tech-sector transactions.

• Minimum 5 years' corporate transactional experience (top-tier, mid-tier or combination of private practice and in-house).
• Practical experience or strong interest in venture capital, fundraising and/or technology M&A.
• Excellent drafting and technical skills, with commercial judgement and strong attention to detail.
• Confident negotiator with excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
