Join a leading German commercial law practice in Munich as an Associate focused on white‑collar criminal defense, compliance and internal investigations. You will work on criminal and administrative investigations, defend corporate decision‑makers, and lead internal inquiries to analyze and remediate compliance breaches.

The role also involves advising clients on implementation and improvement of compliance management systems (CMS), ombudsman schemes, internal policies and training, coordinating multi‑disciplinary compliance projects, and supporting recovery of damages after compliance violations. You will have early client contact and substantive responsibility on matters.

Qualified German lawyer (Staatsexamen) — strong academic results preferred
Practical interest and/or experience in white‑collar crime, compliance investigations or related regulatory matters
Very good English skills for international mandate work
Strong teamwork, communication and strategic thinking; doctoral degree advantageous
