Associate, White Collar Litigation & Investigations — New York

Growing litigation team in New York seeks a mid-level associate to handle white collar defense and internal investigations work. The practice represents corporate and individual clients in complex civil and criminal litigation and conducts internal investigations for alleged corporate misconduct.

This role offers regular courtroom and appellate exposure, participation in government and internal investigations led by enforcement agencies, and opportunities for professional development in a collegial environment.

• 3–6 years' post-qualification experience in white collar defense and/or related commercial litigation
• Experience handling government or internal investigations and matters involving alleged fraud, money laundering, or similar misconduct
• Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills; strong academic credentials
• Admission to the New York bar; clerkship and courtroom experience strongly preferred
