Associate — Workplace Health & Safety, Sydney

Join a recognised workplace health & safety team in Sydney as an Associate. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of matters including incident investigations, prosecutions, inquests, regulatory inquiries, incident management and WHS systems advice across public and private sector clients.

You will work with a national cohort of specialist lawyers on matters spanning construction, transport, government, energy and FMCG, with opportunities for autonomous responsibility and senior mentorship.

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in workplace health & safety or employment law.
• Experience or strong interest in investigations, prosecutions and inquests.
