Senior operations role focused on attorney development and staffing for a high‑volume litigation practice based in Silicon Valley. The role partners with litigation practice leaders and practice management teams to oversee cross‑office staffing, work allocation, utilization, performance management and retention strategies for litigation attorneys in California.

You will also work closely with HR, learning & professional development, and inclusion teams to manage onboarding, training, coaching, career transitions and other initiatives that support a positive, inclusive attorney experience.

Juris Doctor (JD) required.
Minimum 5 years of related experience; experience in a large law firm environment or equivalent legal workforce planning/attorney development experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; proven ability to coach and mentor attorneys.
Excellent judgment, discretion handling confidential information, strong organization and project‑management skills; proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel.
