A global Am Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its nationally recognized Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation team. The role sits within the firm's business trial department and is based in the Silicon Valley office, with San Francisco also available (Silicon Valley preferred).

The team handles complex, high-stakes disputes involving trusts, decedents' estates, conservatorships, and adult guardianships. Matters include breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct and fraud, misfeasance in estate administration, investment mismanagement, financial elder abuse, and will and trust contests, with attorneys regularly securing multi-million-dollar results across U.S. and international jurisdictions. Team members have also helped shape key legislation affecting beneficiary rights and fiduciary rules.

Associates are given substantial responsibility early, with meaningful opportunities to build trial experience, engage with novel legal issues, and maintain direct client contact on cases that deeply affect families and organizations. This is a strong platform for developing business and client relationships within a specialized, niche practice.

2–4 years of litigation experience
Trusts and estates litigation experience, or exposure to related issues, preferred but not required
Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Admitted to the California bar
