Top-tier national litigation team seeks a mid-level associate to join a private wealth and fiduciary litigation practice. The role is open in multiple West Coast offices and will focus on contested trust and estate matters, conservatorships, guardianships, and related fiduciary disputes.

Associates are entrusted with significant responsibility early, including drafting, motion practice, client contact, and the opportunity for courtroom and trial experience. The practice handles complex, high‑stakes matters and offers exposure to precedent-setting litigation and legislative issues in the fiduciary space.

2–4 years of litigation experience
Experience or exposure to trusts & estates litigation, probate, conservatorship or elder‑care matters preferred
California bar admission required
Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
