Litigation Associate, Private Wealth & Fiduciary Litigation

Mid-level litigation associate opportunity to join a nationally recognized private wealth and fiduciary litigation team. The group handles complex disputes involving trusts, estates, conservatorships, guardianships, breach of fiduciary duty, elder financial abuse, will and trust contests, and related matters.

Associates receive substantial responsibility early, frequent client contact, and opportunities for trial experience and substantive motion work. The role is suited to candidates who want to build a niche practice focused on high-stakes family- and fiduciary-related litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

• 2–4 years of litigation experience
• Trusts & estates litigation experience or exposure preferred
• Admitted to the California bar
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
