Attorney — Insurance Coverage & Coverage Litigation, Los Angeles

Join a national insurance coverage team handling complex commercial and coverage litigation matters involving commercial general liability and excess policies. The role focuses on analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, and advising insurer clients on exposures and defenses.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and correspondence, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations. Candidates will take an active role in managing matters, deadlines and client communication within a collaborative practice.

• Active admission to the California bar (other U.S. bar admissions considered for experienced coverage attorneys)
• Experience in insurance coverage and/or coverage litigation, or commercial litigation with a demonstrable interest in coverage work

• Strong organizational, time-management and matter-management abilities; able to handle sensitive, time-sensitive matters
