Well-established international law firm seeks an Attorney to join its Philadelphia litigation team on a non-partnership track. The role focuses on product liability, asbestos litigation, mass torts and class actions, with regular matters in both state and federal courts.

Responsibilities include managing courtroom and deposition work, overseeing a docket, preparing pleadings and motion practice, drafting correspondence and other written work product, and mentoring more junior staff. The position is hybrid with a regular in-office presence and some work-from-home flexibility.

Juris Doctor and admission to the Pennsylvania bar
Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in state and federal court
Hands-on experience with depositions, docket management and court appearances
Background handling product liability, asbestos, mass tort or class action matters
Strong written and oral communication, legal research and case-management skills
