Apply in confidence →Leading national litigation team is seeking an Attorney to join its Proposition 65 and product‑liability practice on a non‑partnership (professional) track. The role is open to candidates in any U.S. office and will involve defense of consumer‑facing litigation, Proposition 65 matters and related class action and mass‑torts work.
Successful candidates will work on complex, high‑volume matters, advising clients on regulatory risk, managing discovery and motion practice, and drafting briefs and regulatory submissions. The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement and expects strong client service, collegiality and high‑quality written and oral advocacy.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Admission to the California bar; if licensed elsewhere, must also be admitted in the jurisdiction where you reside
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (experience at an AmLaw 100 or equivalent firm preferred)
- Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, consumer product regulatory counseling, or complex commercial/consumer litigation is a plus
- California state‑court experience and federal clerkship experience are advantageous
