Join a well-regarded German law practice to advise private clients on estate planning, succession and trust matters. The role involves drafting wills and trusts, structuring succession plans and providing strategic, client-facing advice for high-net-worth individuals and families.

The team works across offices in the region and collaborates with tax and corporate colleagues on cross-disciplinary matters. The position offers day-to-day responsibility for client files and opportunities to develop specialist expertise in trusts and estates.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt / Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent admission to the bar in Germany.
Practical experience in estate planning, trusts & estates, succession law; experience advising private clients preferred.
Strong drafting and client-facing skills; ability to work with tax and corporate teams on integrated solutions.
Fluent German (written and spoken); English language skills a plus.
