Join a national Subrogation & Recovery practice as an attorney in the Denver office. The role offers substantive courtroom responsibility across state and federal matters and regular collaboration with forensic experts to pursue recovery after complex property losses.

You will handle all phases of litigation—investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement discussions and trial preparation—while working in a team-oriented practice that supports long-term career development.

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Colorado. The role includes a base salary range of $175,000 - $195,000 with opportunity for a significant performance bonus.

Minimum 4 years of litigation experience
Strong litigation, analytical, writing and advocacy skills
Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively
Experience handling property-damage, construction, product-liability, commercial litigation or subrogation matters preferred; insurance background a plus
Licensed and in good standing to practice in Colorado
