Join a leading international Amsterdam office as an associate in a busy Banking & Finance practice. You will work on complex national and cross-border financing transactions, restructurings and capital markets matters alongside specialist teams and other practice groups such as Financial Regulatory, Corporate and Real Estate.

The role is transactional and advisory, with frequent collaboration on high‑profile, commercially sophisticated matters. The team offers a professional, collegial environment with a focus on quality, development and client service.

3–4 years’ post‑qualification experience in Banking & Finance or a related transactional practice (e.g. corporate or restructuring) with a clear interest in finance.
Strong legal and analytical skills; proactive, client‑oriented and comfortable taking responsibility.
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English; proven ability to work effectively in teams.
Flexible, commercially minded and able to manage complex transactions.
