Banking & Finance Associate — Frankfurt

Join a leading international law firm’s Frankfurt banking & finance team advising banks and corporates on a range of financing matters, including acquisition finance, corporate lending and restructuring. Work will be international in scope and involve complex, high-value transactions.

You will be integrated into deal teams with early client contact and responsibility for substantive work. The team offers structured training, transparent development paths and support for career progression within a global platform.

• Qualified lawyer in Germany or equivalent status (or working towards local qualification)
• Some prior exposure to banking & finance transactions (banking, lending, or finance experience preferred)
• Excellent English; strong drafting and communication skills
• Commitment to teamwork, commercial awareness and a proactive work ethic
