Mid-level Finance Associate role in a global finance team based in Frankfurt. The team advises banks, debt funds, sponsors and corporates on domestic and cross-border financings, with a strong focus on leveraged and acquisition financings, unitranche/private credit, refinancings/restructurings, and syndicated facilities.

You will work closely with international offices on complex, market-leading transactions and have early client contact and the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility. Minimum c.2 years' post-qualification experience in finance at an international law firm or specialised boutique, ideally with leveraged finance focus
German fully qualified lawyer (both Staatsexamen) with strong academic record
Solid understanding of financing structures, securities and intercreditor arrangements
Very good English language skills; international experience (LL.M. or study abroad) advantageous
Team player with commercial awareness, initiative and strong client-facing skills
