Leading global Banking & Finance team seeks a 3–6 year associate to join its New York office; candidates based in Los Angeles, San Francisco or other U.S. offices will also be considered. The practice represents lenders and borrowers on a broad range of debt financings, including private credit, receivables and structured credit, distressed financings, syndicated facilities and growth capital transactions.

3–6 years of relevant law firm experience in banking/finance transactions
Member of the bar in a U.S. state and able to satisfy jurisdictional requirements for the hiring office
Strong deal experience representing lenders and/or borrowers on leveraged, syndicated, private credit or structured financings
Highly motivated with superior client-service and team collaboration skills
