Join a large, market-leading Banking & Finance team in Brisbane advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including project finance, acquisition/leveraged financings, property and general corporate financings. You will work across offices with senior lawyers and be exposed to complex, high‑value mandates across public and private sector clients.

Several years' post‑admission experience in banking & finance at a major law firm (local or international).
Practical exposure to project finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, property finance or general corporate finance transactions.
Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills, with a collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and liaise across multiple offices and practice teams.
