Senior associate opportunity in a leading international law firm's Banking & Finance team based in Singapore. The role offers exposure to high-quality, cross-border and domestic financing matters across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia‑Pacific region.

The team advises on a broad range of financing work, including acquisition finance, asset‑based lending, fund finance, real estate finance, receivables finance, structured trade and commodities finance, securities borrowing/lending and TMT financing, on both English and Singapore law. The position is within a collaborative, global practice and provides strong career development and transactional responsibility under appropriate supervision.

3–5 years' PQE (mid-level), qualified in Singapore, England & Wales, or equivalent common‑law jurisdiction
Prior banking & finance experience mandatory, with familiarity in general and structured lending
Strong technical drafting skills and solid commercial judgment
Excellent organisation, case management and written/verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail
Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with willingness to learn and take on increased responsibility
