Short-term (2 month), full-time hybrid role based in Sydney supporting a financial services organisation via a well-established legal resourcing platform. The position focuses on banking and finance matters across domestic and international markets.

You will manage and negotiate finance documentation, facility terms, agreements and term sheets, advise on regulatory and commercial risk, and work with internal stakeholders and external advisers to deliver practical, commercial solutions.

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance
Proven experience drafting, negotiating and managing finance/facility documentation and term sheets
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to identify and manage regulatory and commercial risks
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and communication skills; able to work autonomously and build relationships quickly
Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
