Senior associate opportunity in a national finance team based in Edinburgh. The role offers hands‑on responsibility on sophisticated banking matters across real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending, including UK and cross‑border transactions.

You will support senior lawyers on high‑value deals for banks, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers, drafting and negotiating finance documentation and developing specialist technical expertise.

The team emphasises practical, commercially focused advice, collaborative working and structured career development within a market‑leading finance practice.

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' post‑qualification experience in banking & finance
Strong experience across real estate finance, leveraged finance and/or corporate lending
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on finance documentation for UK and cross‑border deals
Commercial mindset, ability to support senior lawyers and build client relationships
