Bankruptcy Associate — Atlanta

Growing national law firm seeks a Bankruptcy Associate to join its Atlanta restructuring and bankruptcy group. The role focuses on commercial bankruptcy matters within an active, collaborative practice team and offers exposure to contested and transactional aspects of restructuring work.

Candidates will be expected to manage assigned matters, draft pleadings and transactional documents, and work closely with partners and senior associates on research, motion practice, and court appearances as appropriate. The team emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and a collegial culture.

• 1–3 years of commercial litigation experience; some bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
• Bankruptcy coursework in law school and a demonstrated interest in bankruptcy/restructuring work
• Licensed in Georgia or able to waive into Georgia
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical skills and solid academic credentials
• Additional background in finance, business or banking or prior federal clerkship is a plus
