An established chambers-style advocacy team is seeking a barrister to join its integrated in-house advocacy group in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on delivering advisory, drafting and advocacy services across personal injury and related civil litigation matters.

The position offers flexible working (fully remote or hybrid) and invites candidates nationwide. You will work with a centrally-clerked team, providing counsel on a variety of claimant and defendant-side civil disputes and supporting colleagues on complex cases.

We are looking for an innovative, client-focused advocate who values collaboration and contributing to training and development within a collegiate team.

Advocacy experience in civil litigation, with demonstrable experience in personal injury or closely related areas (clinical negligence, motor/casualty, occupational disease).
Confident courtroom advocacy and advisory skills, including drafting and case management.
Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setting and able to manage a varied caseload independently.
A collaborative approach with an interest in mentoring or training other advocates.
