Seeking a junior to mid-level business and commercial litigation attorney to join a growing litigation team in Carlsbad. The role involves handling state and federal civil matters, with exposure to complex commercial disputes and career development opportunities within a national platform.

Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options, are available. The team handles all phases of litigation; successful candidates will take ownership of assignments and work collaboratively on active matters.

• 1–6 years of litigation experience (business/commercial matters preferred)
• Licensed to practice in California
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, and drafting dispositive and pre-trial motions preferred
• Trial experience or class action defense experience a plus; self-starter with ability to manage caseload
