Business Immigration Associate (5–7 years PQE) — New York

Senior-level associate role within a large, specialist immigration practice based in New York. The team focuses exclusively on business immigration and works with corporate clients across sectors; the role combines substantive casework, client counseling, and project management in a collaborative, technology-enabled environment.

Responsibilities include developing immigration strategies for complex matters, preparing and filing cases, advising middle and senior management clients, supervising junior staff, and contributing to business development and process improvement initiatives. The role requires adherence to firm protocols for file management and use of practice systems.

• U.S. JD or LLM
• Admission to a U.S. state bar or DC bar
• Approximately 5–7 years of associate-level experience in business immigration
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and experience handling complex matters
• Prior team supervision/mentoring experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and client-service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and contribute to business development
