Business Immigration Associate — Immigration

Experienced immigration associate role at a leading specialist immigration practice. You will work on business immigration matters across corporate clients, supporting non‑immigrant and immigrant visa processes, compliance, and global mobility programs within a team‑oriented, high‑volume environment.

Responsibilities include developing case strategy, drafting petitions and supporting materials, advising clients and foreign nationals, managing case workflow, conducting legal research, and mentoring more junior staff. The role emphasizes strong client service, attention to detail, and use of practice technology and process standards.

• U.S. JD or LLM required
• Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
• 2–3 years' post‑qualification experience in business immigration
• Practical knowledge of non‑immigrant and immigrant visa processes and global mobility/compliance
• Excellent written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
