Join a dedicated immigration practice supporting a broad corporate client base. This role offers hands-on casework across non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, client counseling, compliance and global mobility matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include developing case strategies, drafting petitions and legal documents, communicating with clients and foreign nationals, supporting immigration program management and compliance, supervising more junior staff, and using firm technology and processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or the D.C. bar
2–3 years PQE in immigration practice
Practical experience with non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and global mobility matters
Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and client-service orientation
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and to supervise/mentor junior staff
Comfort using practice management technology and following firm compliance processes
