Mid-to-senior level associate opportunity in a Real Estate Capital Markets group based in Miami. The role focuses on commercial real estate financing and investment matters across origination, structured debt and secondary transactions.

Typical matters include representing lenders in mortgage loan originations, lending facilities and securitized mortgage products, handling workouts and restructurings of distressed commercial real estate loans, and supporting purchases and sales of commercial property.
