Real Estate Construction Associate — Miami

Growing national construction practice seeking a junior associate to join the Miami office. The role offers hands-on experience drafting and negotiating construction- and real-estate-related agreements across a range of projects and clients.

The team handles sophisticated transactions and commercial matters for national and regional clients. This position provides substantial responsibility, client exposure, and opportunities to work on complex construction documents and contract disputes.

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience drafting and revising complex agreements for real estate and/or construction clients
• Experience drafting or negotiating design, construction, and consulting agreements preferred
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage significant responsibility
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
• Strong academic credentials
