Senior Attorney role in a national litigation team, open to experienced litigators based in Short Hills, NJ or Miami, FL. This is a non-partnership, senior-level litigation position focusing on commercial litigation and product liability matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and supervising litigation work product, appearing in state and federal courts, managing discovery and motion practice, mentoring junior lawyers and working closely with partners and clients. The role requires responsiveness, strong written and oral advocacy, and the ability to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid working model with regular in-office presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Occasional travel may be required for hearings, client meetings, or business development activities.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission to the New Jersey and/or Florida bar
Minimum 5 years of commercial litigation and product liability experience
Experience in state and federal court litigation and courtroom appearances
Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills; ability to mentor and supervise junior staff
Ability to manage heavy workloads, meet deadlines, and travel as required; hybrid work availability
