Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Florida bar required
Approximately 5 years of civil litigation experience (insurance subrogation, product defect, property damage, construction-related or property insurance claims preferred)
Experience working with forensic experts (e.g., fire origin and cause, mechanical/structural, chemical, accounting) highly desired
Proven drafting, litigation, trial and deposition skills; strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel as needed
