Well-established national litigation team is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Miami office to work on complex commercial litigation matters. The role involves handling cases in Florida state and federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, depositions and trial preparation.

The team is looking for an analytically strong, organised litigator with excellent writing and research skills who can manage discovery in large, high-stakes matters and take and defend depositions. The position offers the chance to work on substantial commercial disputes alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative practice.

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (top-tier firm experience or federal clerkship preferred)
Admission to the Florida Bar required
Proven experience managing all phases of complex commercial litigation (motions, discovery, expert development, trial prep)
Excellent research, drafting, organization and oral advocacy skills
Professional working proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing and speaking)
