Growing construction litigation team seeks an associate with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join the Miami office. The role offers significant case responsibility, regular client-facing work, and collaboration on complex commercial and construction disputes.

Work will include managing matters from intake through resolution, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and participating in hearings and trials as needed. The team environment emphasizes mentorship and technical development in Florida construction law.

Juris Doctor (JD) required and admission to the Florida bar
3–5 years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to Florida construction litigation and complex commercial disputes
Strong research, drafting, analytical and oral advocacy skills
Proven ability to manage matters from inception through resolution; prior law firm experience preferred
