- Juris Doctor (JD) required and admission to the Florida bar
- 3–5 years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to Florida construction litigation and complex commercial disputes
- Strong research, drafting, analytical and oral advocacy skills
- Proven ability to manage matters from inception through resolution; prior law firm experience preferred
