Experienced business immigration associate needed to support corporate clients and global mobility programs from the Irvine office. You will manage non‑immigrant and immigrant petitions, draft filings and client correspondence, and help develop case strategy within a team-focused, process-driven practice.

The role emphasizes client service, compliance and efficiency: you will research eligibility, prepare petitions for government agencies, communicate with clients and foreign nationals, mentor junior staff, and contribute to improvements in process and quality control. The team uses firm technology and documented protocols to manage work and meet SLAs.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or the D.C. bar
2–3 years' associate experience in business immigration or global mobility
Solid practical knowledge of non‑immigrant and immigrant processes and eligibility assessment
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail
Ability to supervise/mentor junior staff, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively
