The role includes supervising junior staff, contributing to process improvements, and participating in business development and client-facing work.

U.S. JD or LLM
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
3–5 years' experience in business immigration practice
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. immigration law and experience managing cases independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail
Prior team management or supervisory experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
