Join a dedicated business immigration team in New York supporting multinational employers and their employees on non‑immigrant and immigrant matters. You will work in a collaborative, technology-enabled practice focused exclusively on immigration and global mobility.

Typical responsibilities include counseling clients and foreign nationals, developing case strategy, preparing and filing petitions and applications, drafting correspondence and legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting immigration program management and compliance. The role includes mentoring junior staff and contributing to process improvement and quality control.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or D.C. bar
2–3 years' experience in business immigration or related practice
Solid understanding of non‑immigrant and immigrant visa processes and global mobility issues
Strong written and verbal communication and proofreading skills
Attention to detail, analytical problem‑solving, and ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable using practice technologies and following firm SLAs and compliance protocols
