Join a global immigration practice as a Business Immigration Associate in San Diego. This role sits within a team-focused, technology-enabled practice dedicated exclusively to business immigration matters and offers exposure to complex, client-facing work across industries.

As a senior associate you will manage and execute case preparation and filings, research complex technical immigration issues, develop creative solutions, and serve as a key client contact. You will also mentor junior staff, support quality and process improvements, and take part in business development and cross-team collaboration.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
3–5 years' experience in business immigration at associate level
Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law and case strategy
Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members preferred
Excellent written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and client-service orientation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
