Growing UK immigration team seeks two experienced associates to be based in one of the firm's key UK offices (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester or Sheffield). These are newly created roles to support the expansion of a market-leading UK immigration practice within a large Employment group.

The roles offer varied, client-facing work advising commercial clients on the full spectrum of business immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications and compliance, visa eligibility and business visa support, global mobility and cross-border immigration issues, and immigration aspects of commercial transactions. The team provides structured support, training and opportunities for business development.

Qualified solicitor/immigration lawyer with strong UK business immigration experience
One role at circa 2–6 PQE; second role at senior associate level (circa 6+ PQE)
Experience with sponsor licence applications, compliance duties, visa eligibility assessments and global mobility matters
Excellent written and oral communication, strong organisation skills and ability to manage varied client work
