As an Associate, you will manage a mixed caseload of employment work, including advocacy, and provide HR employment law advice to clients.

Key responsibilities:

Manage a mixed caseload of employment matters
Provide HR employment law advice to a wide range of clients
Conduct advocacy at Employment Tribunals
Assist other team members with caseloads as appropriate
Draft and prepare letters, emails, documents, tribunal responses, bundles, witness statements, and reports
Contribute to business development, including training and networking
Produce monthly and ad-hoc client MI reports
Work in accordance with client and internal SLAs and achieve financial and chargeable targets

About you:

Qualified solicitor with 3-6 years’ PQE
Genuine and demonstrable interest in employment law
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
Strong IT and typing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to strict deadlines
Flexible and proactive approach
