Join an established HR-focused employment team advising large UK employers on a full range of employment, pensions and immigration issues. The role offers a mixed caseload including advisory work, documentation and tribunal advocacy, and involves regular contact with in-house HR teams.

The post-holder will manage their own matters, support colleagues, draft tribunal bundles and witness statements, and contribute to client updates and business development activities such as training and networking. The team operates across multiple UK offices and delivers work in line with client SLAs and internal targets.

  • Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Practical experience of Employment Tribunal advocacy
  • Strong technical knowledge of employment law, pensions and related immigration issues
  • Excellent communication, IT and time-management skills; ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines
  • Team-player with commercial awareness and willingness to assist business development (training, client updates)
