Employment Partner — Employment & Labor — Glasgow

Senior role for an experienced Scottish employment lawyer to join a growing national employment team based in Glasgow. The team advises a broad client base across sectors and combines traditional employment work with a fixed-fee HR advisory service that supports in-house HR teams.

The role involves leading and developing client relationships, contributing to the continued expansion of the practice in Scotland, and working collaboratively across a high-performing national team. This is a senior legal role (within the firm, not an HR role) with responsibility for business development and client acquisition.

• Qualified solicitor with substantial Scottish employment law experience
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
• Ability to lead matters and work collaboratively within a national employment team
• Experience advising across HR advisory, employee relations and employee benefits matters
