U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
2–3 years' experience at associate level in U.S. business immigration practice
Practical knowledge of non‑immigrant and immigrant visa processes and global mobility matters
Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
