Senior role for an experienced business immigration lawyer to manage a portfolio of corporate clients and serve as a strategic adviser on complex U.S. immigration matters. You will lead end-to-end matters, allocate resources across engagements, and oversee quality and risk for key accounts.

The position requires leadership of project teams, supervision and mentoring of junior lawyers and staff, active participation in business development (pitches, RFPs, client presentations), and the ability to anticipate and advise on regulatory and market changes. The team operates in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment focused exclusively on immigration.

U.S. JD or LLM
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
8+ years post-qualification experience in business immigration
Recognized technical expertise in immigration law
Prior team management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and client-service skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and ability to manage competing priorities
