As a senior member of client teams, you will independently manage and oversee assignments with minimal supervision, research complex technical immigration issues, and develop creative strategies for intricate matters. You will execute case preparation and filings, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and build lasting relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners.

The position also involves mentoring and supervising junior associates and staff, contributing to process improvements, and participating in business development and marketing efforts. Candidates must be able to work regularly within the Pacific Time zone.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or the Washington, D.C. bar
3–5 years of associate-level experience
Exceptional working knowledge of immigration law
Prior team management experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with close attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
