The position offers flexibility and may be performed remotely, but the successful candidate must reside in a U.S. state where the firm maintains a physical office.

The team handles high-volume immigration work for domestic and international employers; this role emphasizes case management, drafting affidavits/briefs, and working collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals on complex immigration strategies.

This is a non-partner counsel position without partner-level administrative or business-development expectations.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission in primary state of residence; must remain in good standing.
Minimum 5+ years practicing business immigration as a licensed attorney.
Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice.
Strong research, drafting and affidavit/brief writing skills; excellent proofreading and time-management.
Well-organized, able to prioritize and handle case management independently; must reside in a state with a firm office.
