Business Litigation Associate — Environmental, Denver

Mid-level associate opportunity to join a business litigation team focused on environmental matters in the Denver office of a leading U.S. law firm. The role involves handling complex environmental regulatory and litigation matters across state and federal administrative agencies and courts.

Day-to-day work will include regulatory enforcement and challenges, administrative agency proceedings, motion practice and courtroom appearances, and drafting high-quality legal research and briefs. The team represents clients on sophisticated commercial and environmental disputes and regulatory compliance matters.

• 5–7 years post-qualification litigation experience, with substantial environmental/regulatory matters
• Experience in administrative law, agency proceedings, and regulatory enforcement or challenges
• Federal and state court experience; courtroom appearances and motion practice strongly preferred
• Excellent legal research and writing skills; federal clerkship highly preferred
