Top-tier national law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join one of its California offices. The team handles complex business disputes in state and federal courts, with a significant construction-focus within its commercial litigation practice.

The role involves handling all phases of litigation in a fast-paced environment, including motion practice, depositions and courtroom appearances, and close client interaction on high-stakes matters.

• 4-5 years' litigation experience handling complex business disputes, with significant construction-related matters
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and experience taking and defending depositions
• Courtroom experience and capability with complex motion practice
• Licensed or immediately eligible for admission in California
• Excellent academic record and outstanding written and oral communication skills; federal clerkship preferred
