Business Litigation Associate — Minneapolis

Seeking an associate to join a national litigation team in the firm's Minneapolis office. The role involves handling general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters across all phases of complex commercial disputes for a national and international client base.

Successful candidates will work on discovery and e-discovery, motion practice, brief writing, and may participate in depositions, hearings, and oral argument. The office maintains a hybrid schedule that expects attorneys in-office three days per week to support collaboration and client service.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for this role is $210,000–$265,000, with total compensation including bonuses and benefits.

• Juris Doctor and 2–5 years of law firm litigation experience.
• Substantive experience with litigation procedure, discovery/e-discovery, motion practice, and brief writing.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Deposition, hearing, and oral-argument experience a plus; federal clerkship experience encouraged.
