Business Litigation Associate — San Francisco (Mid‑level)

Mid‑level commercial litigation associate position in a major West Coast office. The role involves handling complex business disputes in federal and state courts and alternative dispute resolution, working on large, sophisticated matters alongside experienced litigation teams.

The firm seeks collaborative, client‑focused litigators who can manage discovery, draft dispositive motions, prepare for trial, and engage in appellate and ADR work as needed. This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work on both local and national matters across the firm’s litigation practice.

• 3–6 years of relevant litigation experience, with at least one year in a firm litigation position
• California bar admission required
