Business Litigation Associate — Washington, DC

An established national litigation practice seeks a mid-level business litigation associate for its Washington, DC office. The team handles complex commercial disputes, white-collar matters, and related high-stakes litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

The role offers substantial courtroom and discovery responsibility: drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, managing large-scale discovery, and contributing to client workstreams and business development initiatives. The group values attorneys who can work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across practice groups.

• Approximately 5 years' litigation experience (class of 2021 / 5th year associate level)
• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with motion practice, discovery coordination, deposition preparation, and civil procedure
• Substantive exposure to complex commercial disputes, white-collar defense, telecommunications litigation, or privacy litigation preferred
• Federal clerkship or large-firm litigation experience is a plus
• Licensed or immediately eligible for licensure in Washington, DC; Maryland and/or Virginia bar a plus
